Peak – Board Recruitment

Peak – Art in the Black Mountains is looking for up to four new trustees to join its vibrant and committed governance team.  You will share our values and ambition for rural communities and believe that arts and culture are essential to a healthy, sustainable and thriving society in Wales.

Peak is strongly committed to increasing representation and diversity to reflect the experiences and backgrounds of the communities we serve.  We therefore warmly welcome applications from BAME, LGBTQ+, people with a disability and from emerging arts professionals.

Interest and enthusiasm are essential qualities, and we are seeking trustees with a broad range of backgrounds, experiences and skill sets.   Our current membership would particularly benefit from individuals with knowledge and expertise in:

  • business development and social enterprise
  • Communications
  • Human Resources management
  • Capital development projects
