Peak’s building is now closed but our staff team will continue to work from their homes to support artists, young people and communities. We would love to stay connected with you through our social media channels and to share your experiences of this place, its nature and its people – resources which will help us through the current crisis. Feel free to tag us @Peakcymru on social media platforms to say Helô and continue the conversation.
We’re currently reviewing the implications of Covid -19 on our planned artistic programme for 2020 and having conversations with artists, community partners and funders to approach these challenging times with collaboration and creativity. Sadly our studio courses have been cancelled until it is safe to reopen our building and we are asking participants to consider donating overpayments if at all possible. Contributions will directly fund our studio programme for Young People, including public events around sustainable living later in the year. We know that many people face difficult financial times during this crisis and if this is not an option please don’t hesitate to contact us for a refund.
Peak values creativity as an essential tool in everyone’s life and we look forward to welcoming you back later in the year for the sharing, friendship and enjoyment that characterise our creative programme.
A big thank you to health, care and public sector workers at this time and Pob lwc to those novice home-schoolers and young people working at home.
Take care / Cymerwch ofal – the Peak team, Justine, Rachel, Melissa & Dylan
