Peak was one of 100 UK arts organisations commissioned to take part in the landmark Processions project, a mass participation artwork to celebrate one hundred years of votes for women. This project was conceived and organised by Artichoke.

One hundred women artists worked with communities to create 21st century suffrage banners for Processions in Cardiff, Edinburgh, Belfast and London on Sunday 10 June.

We hosted workshops with artist Bettina Reeves for local women to make artwork for this event and we were pleased to have been chosen as the banner group to lead the Cardiff Procession.

Congratulations to all the groups, organisations and individuals throughout the UK who took part in this historic occasion. Sincere thanks to the women of our Processions group, lead artist Bettina Reeves and Peak’s Seren Fenoulhet. You did us all proud!
